Job Description

Experience in handling a team
Experience in stake holder management, direct client interaction, BGV verification
Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and interest in the C2H arrangement shared by recruiters
Coordinate interviews between the candidate and hiring manager or client, ensuring all details are handled.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the contract period, checking in on their job satisfaction and engagement.
