We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader IT Recruitment to lead our recruitment team and drive talent acquisition strategies for top-tier IT clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical hiring, team management, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters to meet hiring targets.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for various IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
