Job Description
- Assist in coordinating pre-joining and day-one activities for new hires.
- Prepare and verify onboarding documents and checklists.
- Ensure timely communication with new hires regarding onboarding schedules and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Admin, IT, Payroll) for smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update onboarding trackers and records accurately.
HR Operations
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Support the HR team in managing HRMS updates and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate employee records as required
HR Projects & Initiatives
- Contribute to ongoing HR initiatives, such as surveys, or audits
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and dashboards
- Research HR best practices and support policy/process enhancement efforts
