Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Pre-Joining & Documentation Management

  • Timely initiation of onboarding formalities and maintaining regular touchpoints with candidates.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence of pre-joining details and documents submitted by candidate, ensuring all information and documents are validated.
  • Ensure timely initiation of Background Verification
  • Facilitate timely release of confirmation letters for applicable employees (within 1 working day from confirmation date).

Day of Joining Readiness

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure day 1 readiness for new joiner.
  • Govern induction activities and share timely updates with relevant stakeholders

Process Compliance & Quality

  • Manage and resolve onboarding-related escalations effectively.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and defined onboarding processes.
  • Maintain high transaction quality and accuracy in all onboarding activities.

Stakeholder & Candidate Experience

  • Track and improve % of candidate feedback received.
  • Capture and document stakeholder feedback regularly.
  • Drive a positive onboarding experience and monitor onboarding experience scores.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

  • Identify and highlight relevant process improvement initiatives.
  • Actively participate in HR projects and onboarding-related initiatives.

Flexibility & Role Expansion

  • Demonstrate flexibility to take on additional responsibilities across HR Operations as per business
  • requirements.
  • Adapt to role changes and support other HR Ops processes beyond onboarding when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field

Experience: 2 to 8 years

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Problem-solving and escalation management
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors preferred)
