Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and ensure availability of manpower across all levels as per factory requirements.
Handle endtoend recruitment for workmen, staff, and contract manpower including sourcing, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
Manage employee engagement initiatives aligned with factory business goals.
Oversee contract labour management and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, CLRA).
Improve workforce productivity through training, multiskilling, and talent development programs.
Ensure employee welfare facilities as per Factories Act and support CSR initiatives.
Handle grievance redressal and maintain discipline as per standing orders and labour laws.
Manage payroll processing, HR MIS, and ensure timely statutory payments and returns.

Preferred candidate profile

MSW / MBA (HR) Regular fulltime
27 years of HR experience in manufacturing / factory environment
Exposure to recruitment, factory HR operations, and statutory compliance
