Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Within the Trade Compliance team you will contribute to execute -
- Communicate with Global Suppliers for gathering SVHCs (Substance of Very High Concern) details in CLIENT Parts/Products for REACH, RoHS, PFAS, TSCA and Proposition 65 Legislations
- Creating and maintaining records for SCIP (Substances of concern in Products) Dossier creation and validation process.
- You work in a team of designers, project engineers and logistics engineers.
- You will not be engaged in supplier development, negotiation or purchasing of parts from the suppliers.
Experience requirements: -
Basics of mechanical engineering should be clear
- Able to read & understand engineering drawings, structure of bill of material & suppliers catalogues.
- Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English (Must have).
- Proficiency in verbal & written communication in Italian, Spanish, French or German (added advantage)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook; MS Excel proficiency (Must have).
- Strong attention to details.
- Decision making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts.
- Must be comfortable working with large data sets. - Knowledge of BPCS / ERP is a plus
Educational requirements:
- B.E graduate: 1-2 years experience

- Curious, interested in new systems and processes.
- Accurate, independent, disciplined. - Good communicative and written
