Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with suitable candidate profiles.
  
• Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or BFSI sector (banking).
  
• Strong understanding of banking industry trends and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
