Job Description

Design and implement performance testing strategies using JMeter and Gatling
Develop and maintain test scripts for load, stress, and endurance testing
Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks in system performance
Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on test results
Monitor system behavior under load using tools like Grafana, InfluxDB, or similar
Optimize test frameworks and automation processes for reusability and scalability
