Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Identify new business prospects through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular performance reviews with SEs to monitor their progress and provide feedback on improvement areas.
