Department: Marketing & Business Development-L&T Electronic Product & Systems (L&T EPS)

Reports to: Head- Marketing & Business Development

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a high-performing, versatile Marketing Manager to drive the branding, communications, outreach and lead generation strategy across L&T EPS Power Electronics, Embedded Systems & Software, Robotics & Industrial Automation and Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) verticals.
  • This role will own the creation of impactful customer relations, marketing collateral, customer showcases and digital visibility while actively networking across OEMs, startups, policy bodies and forums to position L&T EPS as a thought leader and innovation partner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing & Business Alignment

  • Understand business priorities and technologies across verticals and align marketing strategy accordingly.
  • Drive thought leadership in EVs, motion control, autonomous systems, robotics and industrial digitalization.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market messaging and campaign plans tailored to key sectors.

2. Networking & Customer Outreach

  • Build and maintain strong relations with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, system integrators, startup and academia.
  • Represent L&T EPS at industry events, exhibitions, policy workshops (e.g., MeitY, IESA, ELCINA, ACMA).
  • Coordinate with sales and BD teams for client meetings, factory showcases, and demos.

3. Marketing Communication & Collaterals

  • Create compelling product brochures, catalogues, presentations, infographics, videos and banners.
  • Lead content development for website, social media (LinkedIn, YouTube), press releases and technical articles.
  • Maintain marketing kits tailored for each vertical with updated messaging, case studies and success stories.

4. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Run targeted digital campaigns for brand visibility, talent attraction and ecosystem engagement.
  • Work with creative agencies and internal teams for campaign execution, SEO and analytics reporting.
  • Manage CRM and lead pipelines, track customer engagement metrics.

5. Pre-sales Support & Coordination

  • Support business development teams with proposal decks, capability documents and pitch material.
  • Help with responses to RFPs/RFQs by coordinating technical and marketing inputs.
  • Develop customer-centric presentations and walkthroughs that simplify technology value propositions.

6. Internal & External Communication

  • Manage internal branding, newsletters, employee success stories and knowledge sharing platforms.
  • Drive engagement with corporate communications for features in L&T Newsline, media interactions, etc.
  • Support leadership in preparing for external forums, industry roundtables and investor days.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, etc.).
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in technology-driven industries (preferably ESDM, industrial automation or automotive/EVs).
  • Proven expertise in building high-quality presentations, catalogues and digital assets.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of design and marketing tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce).
  • Comfortable working across multi-disciplinary teams technical, sales and leadership.
