Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented U.S. Mortgage Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of U.S. mortgage processes and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle U.S. mortgage documentation and processes accurately
Communicate clearly with clients, lenders, and team members
Review and verify loan applications and related paperwork
Ensure compliance with U.S. mortgage regulations and company policies
Manage and review appraisal documents as part of the loan process .

Requirements:

Experience in the U.S. mortgage industry (minimum 1 year of experience )
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Good understanding of loan origination, processing, or underwriting
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively

Should be comfortable with Night Shift (Immediate Joiners are preferred)

One way Can will provided ( 5 days Working with 2 days off )
