Job Description
- Having willingness and ability to empathize, analyze, document, socialize & drive the customer / end-user requirements & features, along with the development teams. Having passion towards end-user empathy, product conceptualization & continuous value delivery to the end customers. Having Good understanding & experience on working with cloud-based software services. Having Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Good hands-on experience on tools, like Azure DevOps or Jira or similar tools. Having knowledge of Siemens Healthineers products and its service processes. What are my responsibilities Work with Product Managers/Product Owners to convert business requirements to software features & service enhancements. On the basis of business goals, continuously refine features, user stories & enablers, along with clear & detailed acceptance criteria and socialize with the teams. Owning and managing the product backlog for scrum teams Collaborate with stakeholders such as Product & Release Managers, Scrum Masters, architects, development, and QA teams along with stakeholders in dependent R&D projects. You are primarily responsible for the content planning and coordination of development tasks. You accompany and influence the entire life cycle of the product, from the idea through development to market launch - through technical innovations you continually create a competitive advantage that you convert into commercial success. Strong understanding of agile development process and using which you need to ensure that the greatest possible customer benefit is achieved with the lowest possible costs. The essential task is to further sharpen customer benefits through early feedback from all stakeholders.,
