About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate for our product Outspark (By Times Of India) to join our marketing team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and performing in-depth keyword research to drive campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) platforms.
- Conduct keyword research to support SEO and PPC strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- A/B test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure effective campaign creatives.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
