Role: Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in contract hiring for IT and engineering roles within Services and Global Capability Centres (GCC). You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent through various channels and utilizing different methodologies to meet our hiring needs.

Desired Skills:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in leading a team , Team Lead with a focus on C2H hiring & permanent hiring for IT and engineering roles.
• Well-versed in sourcing profiles through different channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Experience with various sourcing methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the IT and engineering sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mode of Interview: Face 2 Face.
