Job Description
- Responsible for growth in organic traffic & lead generation by designing & implementing strategies for SEO & digital marketing growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, including the evolving landscape of AI in search and content.
- Identify and implement new SEO opportunities, including programmatic SEO for scalable content generation and AEO strategies for optimal visibility in generative AI search results.
- Champion a data-driven approach, translating complex SEO insights into actionable strategies for the team and stakeholders.
- Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and facilitate professional growth for team members.
- Manage workload distribution, ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintain high-quality standards across all SEO initiatives.
- Actively explore, evaluate, and integrate AI models and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) into SEO workflows for tasks such as:
- Enhanced keyword research and topic clustering.
- Content ideation, outlining, and optimization.
- Schema markup generation.
- Competitive analysis and market insights.
- Automated reporting and data analysis.
- Educate and train the team on the ethical and effective application of AI in SEO.
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies to gain a competitive edge in search.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in core SEO, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrable experience in driving significant organic traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth through SEO initiatives.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and leading SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Proven experience with programmatic SEO strategies and implementation.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) principles for AI-powered search.
- Solid technical SEO expertise, including site audits, crawlability, indexability, schema markup, and site architecture.
- Advanced understanding of the application of AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for various SEO tasks, including content generation, analysis, and automation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
