About Arike

Arike is a culturally rooted matchmaking app crafted specifically for Malayalam-speaking singles. Part of the Aisle network, Arike focuses on high-intent dating and relationships with strong cultural relevance. As we grow, were looking for a creative and driven Brand & Partnerships Manager to build Arikes voice, visibility, and value in the hearts of Malayalis,both in Kerala and around the world.

Responsibilities
Brand & Content Strategy

  • Develop and evolve Arikes brand voice and personality, staying true to its Malayalam-first identity.
  • Plan and execute content led campaigns (video, social, digital) that build emotional connection and cultural resonance.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, product, and PR teams to ensure consistency in brand storytelling.

Social Media & Community

  • Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms,balancing engagement, relatability, and brand.
  • Lead or oversee copywriting, captions, storytelling formats, and meme-worthy moments that speak to Malayalam culture.
  • Monitor social trends and community feedback to fine-tune content approach and engagement.

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and collaborate with regional creators, micro-influencers, and cultural tastemakers who align with Arikes vision.
  • Build an always-on influencer strategy,from sponsored content to collabs to creator-led campaigns.
  • Negotiate, brief, and manage influencer deliverables while tracking effectiveness (reach, engagement, conversions).

Requirements

  • 57 years of experience in brand, content, or influencer marketing at a B2C company, preferably with a regional or lifestyle focus.
  • Strong grasp of Malayalam culture and language, can interpret trends and create/approve content thats both authentic and engaging.
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, and reels-first storytelling.
    A creative thinker who can ideate and execute campaigns with limited dependencies.
  • Comfortable managing agencies, freelancers, and creator partners.
  • Bonus: Video production skills or content writing chops in Malayalam.
