Job Description
As a Process Associate Order to Cash (O2C), you will be responsible for managing Order management and Receivables management. You should be flexible to work in shifts.Your primary responsibilities include:
- Coordinate activities associated with Order to Cash
- Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
- Adhere to SLAs and timelines
- Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Receivable
- Ability to manage Order fulfilment, Collections & Cash payments
- Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
- Proficient in addressing quires and taking follow-up actions
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Self-directed and ambitious achiever
- Meeting targets effectively
- Skilled in thriving under deadlines and contributing to change management
- Showcasing strong interpersonal teamwork
