Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Key clients across markets with new acquisition along with renewal and upsell as primary responsibilities.
- Acquire new customers for Naukri.com solutions to ensure growth and profitability.
- Manage key accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing products/services to increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction along with excellence of customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive SaaS landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software or media sales.
- Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales principles and ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
