Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Key clients across markets with new acquisition along with renewal and upsell as primary responsibilities. 
  • Acquire new customers for Naukri.com solutions to ensure growth and profitability.
  • Manage key accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing products/services to increase revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction along with excellence of customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive SaaS landscape.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software or media sales.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales principles and ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
