Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should be capable of handling customer queries through live chat in real time
• Ability to manage 2 to 3 chats simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy

Eligibility criteria

• Must have at least 6 months of experience in International chat support
• Typing speed should be more than 35 WMP with good accuracy
• Should be able to join Immediately
• Pursuing candidates or severing notice period candidates are not eligible
• Should be flexible in working as per business requirement ( Night shifts/ Graveyard shifts)
