Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
  • Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO voice process (inbound/outbound) or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language with ability to articulate thoughts clearly over the phone.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.

Interview location:

Teleperformance, Plot 96/97, Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Sector 18.

Gurugram.
