Lead a team of supervisors and labor force to ensure timely dispatch of the finished goods to meet our targets timelines

Report daily to the companys management with weekly and daily dispatch plans and progress

Act as the factory Point of Contact for the parties (distributors). Carry out required follow-ups with parties to ensure smooth processing of their orders

Coordinate with various internal teams such as production, accounting, logistics, store etc. to develop and execute the dispatch plan

Maintain required stock levels of finished goods for timely deliveries

Creating reports for the entire team
