Job Description
Job Title: HR Consultant
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: 5 Days Working | 1 Day Work from Home
CTC: Up to 2,75,000 per annum
Experience Required: 1 to 2.5 years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Consultant to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of HR operations and a keen interest in supporting end-to-end HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate employee records
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Coordinate with internal teams for various HR initiatives and compliance
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement programs
- Handle employee queries and support HR documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 12.5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
