We are currently looking for Customer Support Executive & Sr. Customer Support Executive - International Non-Voice Process. A growth oriented Career awaits you at IntouchCX.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
- Solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, Billing related queries, through web chat.
- Contacts can be from customers or shoppers.
- Responsible to save customers from deactivating their subscription of services & respond to other types of inquiries
- Responsible for receiving high volume of incoming chat conversations and responding to inquiries in a manner that meets quality and performance standards
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner, attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed
Preferred candidate profile:-
- Excellent communication skills
- Fresher and Experienced (min. 6 months) are eligible
- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new process and procedures
- Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Flexible to work for rotational, night shifts & graveyard shifts
