Operations Officer @ Modern Informatics

Job Description

• Hands on experience in executing SITC projects (Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning)
• Must have extensive knowledge in complete designing
• Responsible for completing projects at multiple sites
• Oversee and manage daily site operations
• Hands on knowledge of Building Management System (BMS)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations
• Monitor and manage site budgets and expenditures
• Train and supervise site staff
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits
• Resolve operational issues and emergencies
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure optimal utilization of site resources
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships
• Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
• Good to have knowledge of electrical systems
• Extensive travel involved
