Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Keep track on all legal/statutory/license renewal, notice or any communication and coordination with government authority.
  • To get renewal of different licenses like Pharmacy, Narcotics, CMHO, MPCB, FIRE, PCPNDT, MTP.
  • Keep a track on compliance/license tracker.
  • Keep a track on Agreement tracker and their timely renewal for different services rendered in hospital like Lab, Laundry, HK, Security, outside hospital with the help of concerned department head.
  • Keep track on Monthly expenses and Cost Optimisation with Operational Excellence without compromising quality of service and contribute to better EBITDA.
  • To Perform trainings on periodical basis and educate and motivate all staff to follow the instructions religiously and to maintain cordial working conditions.
  • Cordial relations with doctor and able to close their feedback and requirement in coordination with subordinates with Other Department and FD.
  • Coordinate between Corporate office and unit.
  • Support HR / Med Ops / NS in organising activities or events.
  • Should be a connecting link between all the department in achieving smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
  • Keep track of Invoice of services such as HK / Security / Building Rent / Nagar Nigam / Laundry / water / electricity / pest control / telephone / internet / mobile and other similar services.
  • To submit monthly reports of departments under control to the director with suggestions/ recommendations, if any.
  • Coordination for all the Transport (Cab, Ambulance, Equipment movement, etc)

@ IP:

- Meet the new admissions.

- Take rounds ; meet all patients their attenders and ensure well-being.

- Track issues reported and closure status as per TAT expedite pending issues.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Assist Facility Director for new avenues of business.
  • Should be a good business enabler and support sales and marketing team in achieving the Budget.
  • Support Marketing team in Organising events.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE

  • Should be enabler of world class patient experience with innovative thoughts and ideas.
  • Should be able to execute outstanding patient experience by look and by feel.
  • Should be able to resolve Non-medical Complaints.
  • Design and track processes to ensure consistent performance and continuous quality improvement.
  • Institute the culture of patient centricity amongst all employees.
  • To coordinate with IT and Billing Team to ensure seamless billing experience for the patient which includes assisting in pricing decision for the FD and addition of required line items in the HIS system.

NABH & QUALITY

  • To prepare NABH SOP and implement them in the non-medical department i.e., HK, Maintenance, Security, IT, F&B, Purchase.
  • To conduct periodic safety rounds.
  • To Conduct Code Red, Code Yellow and support in other code Mock drills.
  • To Conduct HIRA.

MAINTENANCE, HOUSEKEEPING, SECURITY, F&B, IT

  • To ensure the SOP is Strictly followed in the mentioned departments.
  • To ensure that AMC and all PM of equipment done timely i.e Lift, DG, Fire, Gas Manifold, HVAC etc.
  • To ensure Hospital infrastructure and facility is well maintained with the Help of Maintenance Incharge, HK Supervisor and Marketing Executive
  • To ensure the safety of equipment and materials.
  • To submit monthly reports of departments under control to the director with suggestions/ recommendations if any.
  • To ensure the optimal uses of Materials and their timely consumption.
  • To carry out periodical check of Store, OT,LDR, ICU & Wards and to submit the report to the management.
  • To periodically understand the departments purchase requirements and replacing the same in order to maximise quality and optimize cost.
  • To conduct vendor comparison, finalize and draft agreement for the different service vendors. Further to liaison and ensure the service quality compliance from the vendor.
