Job Overview
We are seeking a highly energetic, idea-driven Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate has played a hands-on role in a startup or scale-up journey whether successful or not (should have spent sufficient time in the concerned org.) and brings rich learning, innovation, and hustle to the table. The candidate must be fluent in brand-building, content creation, influencer marketing, and ROI-focused digital performance campaigns across Amazon, Google, and Meta platforms.
This role offers an opportunity to build, test, learn, and grow rapidly in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setup.
Key Responsibilities
Startup-Style Growth Ownership
- Take complete ownership of brand awareness, demand generation, and digital growth levers.
- Bring a learning attitude with a focus on speed, agility, and results.
Challenge the status quo with fresh ideas not afraid to fail fast and iterate.
Performance Marketing
- Strategize and execute paid media campaigns across Amazon, Google Search/Display, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Optimize performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rates.
- Scale D2C website traffic and marketplace revenue through strategic campaign management.
Brand & Content Development
- Shape the brand voice and identity across digital channels with compelling content.
- Lead visual storytelling through product launches, seasonal campaigns, and day-to-day content.
- Collaborate with in-house or external designers, agencies to deliver best-in-class creative.
Influencer & Community Marketing
- Build a network of relevant influencers and micro-creators.
- Execute campaign collaborations with measurable engagement and brand uplift.
- Utilize influencer-generated content across ads, social, and e-commerce.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Ads Console, etc.
- Identify trends, consumer behavior patterns, and improvement areas.
- Make data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and marketing ROI.
What Were Looking For
- Proven expertise in Digital Marketing on online channels.
- Startup Experience is an advantage ideally, someone who has built or scaled marketing from scratch or has worked with limited budgets and high creativity.
- Candidates from startups or early-stage ventures that may not have succeeded due to funding or structural issues are welcome, provided they show an entrepreneurial mindset and resilience.
- High-energy personality with a bias for action, strong ideas, and the ability to execute quickly.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads
- Influencer Marketing & UGC campaigns
- Website and performance content strategy
- Tools like Canva, Figma, Klaviyo, SEMrush, Google Analytics
