• Excellent analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in technology and fleet management used in the employee transportations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Similar software.
• Managing the facilities and overseeing the daily administrative operations.
• Ensuring coherent availability and utilization of resources in areas like transport and Cafeteria.
• Overseeing the cleaning, landscaping, and Parking
• Instructing the team members on the best practices for maintaining the property
• Prepares the schedules for training to cover EHS, safety, and other relevant topics.
• Negotiating annual maintenance contracts and renewing vendor performances
• Coordination with other teams for MIS consolidations
• Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
• Ensuring the transport operations meets local and industry-specific safety guidelines.
• Performing regular inspections of the vehicles and audit the records to ensure the transport functioning correctly.
• Audit management: Internal & external facilities audit, engagement audit- furnishing / providing required artifacts and documents and also closing identified observations & NCs within specified SLAs.
