Job Description

We are hiring Sr. Talent Acquisition

Work location: Mumbai/ Ahmedabad and Pune

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Recruitment
Proficient in English

Experience:

Demonstrable experience in Volume hiring
Handling volume of at least 50 joiners a month
Familiarity with online job hunting websites
Effective negotiating skills
Good knowledge of ATS and Excel

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles, Optometrist & Store managers.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system
- Conduct Campus Drive, Walk-in drive
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Travel when necessary (up to 40%)
- Ensure timely and quality hiring under pressure
- Strong stakeholder management to ensure hiring targets are met
