Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Understood complex technical requirements and defined targeted sourcing strategies aligned with client expectations.
- Leveraged platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify and engage top talent efficiently.
- Conducted pre-screening to evaluate candidate skillset, notice period and salary expectations. Scheduled interviews with hiring managers and ensured timely feedback collection and coordination to maintain recruitment momentum.
- Managed the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback collection, follow - up until onboarding.
- Utilized ATS to track candidate pipelines, manage recruitment metrics, and generate hiring reports for clients.
- Maintained a healthy talent pipeline to reduce time-to-fill and ensure readiness for niche and urgent requirements.
- Handled multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining high levels of candidate experience and meeting strict SLA timelines.
- Contributed to offer negotiations and candidate engagement, ensuring high offer-tojoin ratio built long term relationships.
- Managed documentation and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
