Job Description

Handling inbound/outbound calls efficiently
Providing excellent customer service
Resolving customer queries and issues
Maintaining high-quality communication standards

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of relevant voice process experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle calls professionally and courteously
Undergraduates are welcome to apply
Should be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational offs

Location: Magarpatta City, Towe 1 first floor

Date: 23-June-2025 to 27-June-2025

Timing: 12:30pm to 3:00pm
