Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the regional sales team
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and advertisers
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Report regularly to senior management on performance metrics
Ensure high team productivity and motivation

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in media or related sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
Ability to plan region-specific strategies and lead a team
In-depth knowledge of the Indore market and surrounding areas
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
