- Sr Adv HW Engr Position Description: Hardware Simulation Engr is responsible to perform electronics simulation on PCB level, enclosure level and system level. This role requires experienced Hardware engineer to work on the standard simulation tools and process for Electronics simulation, deploy customized simulation solutions and process across organization with aim to cut down the product development cycle time. This role is responsible to lead the simulation for products/portfolio and define simulation scope and execute the delivery of simulation, this role is also responsible for developing a community of practitioners by diligently working with engineering and design functions across organizations to execute the simulation strategy and quality simulation practices. Roles & Responsibilities Quick understanding of HW design, Test standards and Setup, and Test report Execute electronics simulations such as EMI_EMC (RE, CE, RS, RI, BCI, ESD) and Antenna simulation on standard tools and solution provider for any issues exists in Design Understand the test standards and System modeling of EMI_EMC test setup in HFSS/HFSS 3D and EMA3D from Ansys System level modeling in MATLAB Execute simulation automation improvements in product development focused on Electronics Deploy standard work process for electronics simulation Lead Product/Portfolio HW Simulation Strategies Must Have: BE/BTECH/MTECH in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree 8+ Years of Hands-on experience in electronic HW design and simulation, testing, thermal analysis, EMI_EMC testing 5+ years of Hands-on experience in electronics simulation tools such as Ansys EDT, SIwave, HFSS/HFSS 3D, EMA3D, HyperLynx and Maxwell Knowledge over various EMI_EMC certification standards and qualification for Electronics components like FCC, CE, EN, UL, etc. Knowledge and experience in electronics components and HW development and its process, in Industrial Automation and smart meter products Experience on Knowledge Based Engineering, Standardization of process and automation around electronic components simulation WE VALUE: Self-starter that thrives in an ambiguous environment. Strong influencing skills and be able to influence across engineering organization. Should be able to work in a matrix organization. Excellent planning, execution, communication, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong Technical leadership capabilities and executing strategies.YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics WE VALUE Deep understanding of a variety of hardware engineering standards and specifications Capability to complete demanding assignments by applying advanced hardware engineering methods and tools Ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions Ability to consistently make timely decisions and balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness in an ambiguous environment Clearly and concisely convey subtle or complex messages to a variety of audiences Capability to follow guidelines and ensure efficiency on given project tasks,
