Job Description

Job Role: Domestic IT recruiter

Location: Hitech-City, Hyderabad (Work from office)

Shift: 9.00 AM -6.00 PM

Experience required: 2-5 years

Role & responsibilities

Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and referrals.
Technical Expertise: Understanding the technical requirements of IT roles and translating them into job descriptions.
Interviewing and Assessment: Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
Hiring Process Management: Collaborating with hiring managers, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Candidate Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to foster a positive candidate experience and build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
Client Relationship Management: Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Employer Branding: Promoting the company's reputation as a great place to work.

Preferred candidate profile

Available to join immediately or in 15 days.

Excellent communication skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
