Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and lead end-to-end PII de-identification and transformation solutions using AWS Glue, S3, Lake Formation, Kinesis, and DMS.
• Design secure, scalable infrastructure with VPC segregation and IAM-based access.
• Define schema transformations (masking, hashing, redaction) and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Lead RBAC, containerization strategies, and microservices deployment within data pods.
• Enable centralized logging, alerting, and monitoring with CloudWatch, X-Ray, and EventBridge.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure auditability and lineage tracking of sensitive fields.
• Mentor data engineers and oversee best practices for CI/CD and version control in data pipelines.
