About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IBM Maximo Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions across various industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored Maximo solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure IBM Maximo modules (Asset, Work, Inventory, Procurement, etc.)
• Customize Maximo applications using automation scripts, workflows, and MBOs
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (7.6.x or MAS 8.x preferred)
• Familiarity with Maximo Application Suite (MAS), including deployment on Red Hat OpenShift, is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
