Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

Research and identify potential clients using online tools, databases, and other resources.

Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers


  • Prospecting and Outreach:

Initiate contact with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders.

Conduct effective discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify them based on predefined criteria.

Engage prospects through personalized communication and tailored messaging.


  • Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with high-potential leads.

Collaborate with account executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads


  • Collaboration:

Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help improve products or services.


  • Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline development targets.

Continuously improve lead qualification processes to enhance the overall sales funnel


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Experience:

2+ years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.

Experience in B2B sales or working with AI based products, SaaS, IT, or staffing companies is a plus.


  • Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).


  • Sales and Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Ability to handle objections and engage prospects effectively over the phone and email.

Persuasive and consultative selling skills to build trust with potential clients.


  • Soft Skills:

Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and time management.

Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong research and analytical skills to understand prospects and their industries.
