Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Admissions :
Proactively generate leads through online platforms, walk-ins, events, and outreach programs.
Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and provide detailed information about the school s curricula (CBSE, IB, Cambridge) and facilities.
Convert inquiries into successful admissions to meet annual enrollment targets.
Relationship Building :
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents, students, and the local community.
Address parent queries professionally and resolve concerns related to the admission process.
Market Research & Strategy :
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract students to Glendale Academy.
Event Coordination :
Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to plan and execute school events, open houses, and promotional campaigns.
Reporting & Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Provide weekly and monthly admission reports to the management.
Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing team to create effective communication materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students.
