Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant data.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in BFSI recruitment or non-technical recruitment (volume hiring).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client coordination and candidate interaction.
