Job Description
Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist US Wound Care (American Accent Required)
Location: Remote
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Shift Timing: 9:30 PM IST to 6:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiners Only
Language Requirement: Must have a strong American accent and excellent spoken English communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary sales operations liaison for the US Wound Care Commercial Team
- Coordinate and process sales orders accurately and ensure on-time dispatch
- Maintain and update CRM systems with account information, order history, and activity logs
- Support field sales representatives with required data, documentation, and timely follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with physicians, clinics, and distributors on product availability, order status, and delivery timelines
- Generate daily and weekly reports on sales performance, open orders, and pipeline activity
- Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, finance, compliance, and customer service
- Ensure strict adherence to US compliance protocols and HTA documentation standards (where applicable)
Candidate Profile
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent mandatory
- Experience in sales operations, order processing, or supporting US-based teams preferred
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting dashboards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Must be comfortable with night shift (9:30 PM 6:30 AM IST)
- Immediate joiners only will be considered
