Hiring: UK Outbound Survey & Lead Generation Executive

Location: Pune

Shift: UK Shift (11 AM to 8 PM )

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven candidates for our UK Outbound Survey & Lead Generation Process. The role involves conducting surveys, interacting with customers, and generating quality leads through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to UK customers for survey campaigns
• Collect accurate customer responses and feedback
• Identify and generate potential leads during calls
• Update CRM with call details, survey data, and lead status
• Perform follow-ups and schedule callbacks when required
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and lead generation
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and data confidentiality

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in International BPO / UK Process preferred
• Freshers with good communication can also apply
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
