Role & responsibilities

The Sales Fresher/Intern supports the sales team through supervised calls, follow-ups, and client coordination. They maintain accurate CRM updates, prepare reports, and track all interactions. The role also includes managing follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring complete data. They must follow processes strictly and continuously improve through feedback.
