Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Lead to oversee our sales team in promoting our innovative tax software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and a passion for driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have at least 3 years of experience in sales as Team leader.
• Experience in Call Center

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on team performance, forecasting, and market insights.
