Hiring: Training Sales Lead InTime


Onsite (primary) or Remote freelance Founder-backed First hire

InTime is the institution built to help professionals excel.


We deliver trainings, coaching, and mentorship across self-paced, AI-backed, and live human-led formats to ambitious individuals building careers in the Guidewire ecosystem and beyond.

We're hiring our first training sales person to help more learners find us and commit.


The role


  • Sell InTime's trainings, coaching, and mentorship programs to individual professionals.
  • Warm inbound pipeline you are not cold calling. Leads come pre-qualified and already interested in upskilling.
  • Own the full motion: first touch discovery program fit close payment handoff to learner success.
  • Build the playbook from scratch. First seat, founder-backed.

Compensation pick your track


We offer two engagement options. Onsite is our preferred track.


Track 1 Onsite, Salaried (preferred)

  • Fixed salary: 40,00060,000 / month (based on experience)
  • Plus 7% of gross margin as performance bonus uncapped
  • 3-month probation conversion to full-time on performance
  • On-site, full-time presence

Track 2 Remote, Freelance

  • Target-based pay: 40,00060,000 per monthly target hit (no fixed salary)
  • Plus 7% of gross margin uncapped
  • Reliable home/office setup, stable internet, quiet call environment required

Both tracks share the same progression: hit the numbers consistently, lead a small team from month 6+, share in team GM pool.

You are

  • 57 years selling to individual buyers. Phone is your instrument.
  • Fluent English + Hindi (other Indian languages a plus).
  • Edtech, coaching, bootcamp, or career-services background = big plus, not required.
  • If choosing the remote track: comfortable with variable-only, target-linked pay.
