Web Spiders is looking for a highly motivated Sales Business Development Manager IT to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through successful deal closures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Software/SaaS products and Digital Marketing services, along with hands-on experience in creating efficient, high-quality presales documentation using AI tools to accelerate the sales cycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in India and report directly to the CEO.
Web Spiders is looking for a highly motivated Sales Business Development Manager - IT to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, your job will be to find new opportunities for our business, build relationships with clients, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have a sales background and experience in selling Softwares/SaaS Products, Digital Marketing Services . You will be working closely with our teams in India, and report directly to our CEO.
Location : Kolkata (on-site)
Years of Experience : 2-5 years
Responsibilities :
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise software and SaaS solutions, from prospect identification to deal closure
  • Demonstrate our products, services, and solutions effectively to potential clients
  • Qualify leads and drive follow-ups to successfully close deals
  • Attend conferences and networking events to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and presales documentation using AI tools to enhance efficiency and personalization
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand product capabilities and clearly articulate value propositions
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline RFP responses, proposal creation, and solution documentation
  • Forecast sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements :
  • 2 5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven experience in selling Software, SaaS products, and Digital Marketing services
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and solution selling
  • Hands-on experience in creating presales documentation (proposals, RFPs, pitch decks) using AI tools to improve turnaround time and quality
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing business growth strategies
  • Experience with tenders such as GeBIZ, Sesamy, Singapore Government portals, and platforms like Upwork is a plus
  • Ability to confidently present solutions, handle client objections, and close deals
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
