Urgently hiring for Business Development Manager for a leading HR Payroll software based company @ Bangalore Location.

Experience Required: 24 years in Business Development / Sales, preferably in SaaS/HR Tech/Enterprise Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and internal teams to create tailored proposals for client needs.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition to Customer Success teams.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and activity targets.

Required Qualifications

Educational:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (mandatory).
• MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing (preferred).
