ServiceNow Configuration Manger @ Swaas Systems

Job Description

3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration with expertise in ITSM & CSM modules.
Strong experience in CMDB management and discovery tools.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation.
Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, SLA management, and Case Management.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Web Services).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM or CSM.
