Role & responsibilities:

Sourcing and Identifying Candidates: Recruiters use various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates for IT roles.
Screening Applications: They evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the specific skills and experience requirements.
Conducting Interviews: Recruiters conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
Building a Talent Pipeline: They cultivate relationships with candidates and build a network of talent for future hiring needs.
Collaborating with Hiring Managers: They work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure the right talent is hired.
