Job Description

  • Minimum 4-12 years of functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and Talent Management modules
  • Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects on the Talent Management module
  • Candidates should identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them
  • Must have worked on production support projects, strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of SLAs, and proficiency in using ticketing tools like Remedy
  • Candidates Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework
