Agency Development Manager role at Max Life Insurance:

Key Responsibilities

Agent Recruitment & Development: Identify, interview, and onboard new agents.
Sales & Business Growth: Drive revenue through effective sales strategies.
Training & Mentorship: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agent performance.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to IRDA guidelines and company policies.
Market Analysis: Track competition and industry trends to refine strategies.
