Position: Senior Sales Manager International Business (Software & AI/ML)
Location: India (with extensive international travel)
Reporting To: Head International Sales
Experience: 812 years
Target Regions: US and Europe

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead international sales efforts across the US and European markets for our cutting-edge software and AI/ML solutions. This is a high-impact role focused on acquiring new logos, building high-value enterprise relationships and driving order bookings through a consultative and hands-on sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue and convert high-value opportunities across the US and Europe through direct sales initiatives
  • Act as a hunter, engaging new clients, nurturing CXO relationships and driving closures
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal building, pricing discussions and contract finalisation
  • Own the revenue targets and deliver consistent growth through new customer acquisition
  • Understand customer pain points and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals
  • Build strong client relationships, ensure high engagement and develop long-term business partnerships
  • Represent the company at international events, client meetings, demos and proposal presentations
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solutioning and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor moves and bring strategic insights into go-to-market planning
  • Maintain strong documentation, pipeline updates and reporting through CRM tools

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant qualifications in business/technology
  • 812 years of proven experience in international sales (US and Europe) with at least 5 years in software or AI/ML services/products
  • Strong consultative sales background with ability to diagnose business needs and pitch solutions accordingly
  • A proven track record of acquiring new enterprise customers and driving multi-million-dollar deals
  • Familiarity with B2B enterprise tech buying cycles and ability to navigate complex decision-making structures
  • Highly driven, young, agile and self-motivated individual with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across geographies as per business needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in early-stage or growth-stage tech companies targeting global markets
  • Exposure to selling AI/ML-led digital transformation, SaaS platforms or data services
  • Strong personal network in relevant sectors like BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing or Government tech initiatives
